Missing two boxes from shipment. Missing box "D" and box "E". Contacted both the company and FedEx. Will update if and when I get my missing items. For now I have two unpowered seats and missing two seat backs, trays, and power cord Update 1 Nov - all items arrived. Looks great and all items works.
Good deal for the price
They are good for the price. Very easy to assemble. The gray is more of a tan/ taupe color with dark gray trim.
Better than expected
Great product, great value compared to other options that I’d been looking at. I ordered two rows of four and built a platform for the back row to sit on. Assembly was straightforward, with the only wrinkle being that the wiring for the first seat in each row (A1) would disconnect when reclined, but the company was helpful in identifying how that could be easily remedied (by cutting a cable tie that was holding the slack wire under the seat). The seats look great and are very comfortable.

These are fantastic chairs. I bought a total of seven. They are super comfortable and easy to setup. I had one part sent incorrectly and after sending a picture of the issue they sent the replacement immediately. The help and support were great.
Perfect
This is perfect. The last part of my recliner got lost in transit but the company is super responsive and mailed me another piece. So perfect. Just remember to cut all the zip ties under all the recliners.
