3 months later, the chair is dead
Update: Customer support was actually very responsive and the sent a replacement chair as soon as I could verify the state. The chair is very comfy and otherwise is a great chair for the value, easily 5 star ignoring the issue. I'll set it at 4 for now and add another in 3.5 months. The electronics of this chair have died after just 3 months, to the day. I'm currently trying to contact the company. I will update this based off of their response.
Delivery time
There was a little confusion on delivery time and tracking. The product the company resolved the initial tracking problem promptly by having FedEx scan the product. They neglected to scan it on pickup. The warehouse notified me that it was picked up. Otherwise everything else was great. I love the chair.

Chair was nicely packaged and the delivery was prompt. It appears to be well made and was easy to assemble. I would recommend it to a friend.
