This review may be kind of long, because I want to include their top notch customer service. First off, the chairs look amazing and feel great to sit in. I have many larger plus size guys in my cigar club (think over 6'+ and 300+ lbs) and they all agree that they are great for even their large frames. The leather is soft and supple, the cushioning firm enough that you don't sink in, but soft enough to be comfortable on your bottom. The adjustable head rest is a game changer for when you really want to recline way back. It does wonders to support your head for the best viewing angles.
Great chairs
Couldn’t be more happier with these beautiful leather chairs. Just received the last of the four I ordered. Old sectional to the dump & now lay back & chill. Easy to assemble. The (7) different colored lights on the cup holders & under the chair add such a flare. The opening movement is smooth. Great adjustments for the chair & headrest. Leather is soft & comfortable. The table & swing out cup holder are addition to everything that’s great about these chairs. Now our favorite place to watch TV. If you can, definitely purchase these. Amazing for the price.
Best value for money!
These chairs are incredible! They come with a tray for each chair, they have led lighting underneath and around the cup holders, they have the adjustable headrests and they are real leather! I honestly don’t know how they are making any money! I did have an issue with fedex delivering them. They just left them downstairs in the hallway of my condo building.
Easy setup and a professionally crafted recliner
Chair was extremely easy to setup, just set the base and slide the back onto the support rails, plug in the wire for the headrest (that can't be plugged in wrong) and plug it into the wall. Less than a minute if you know where you're putting it. The chair feels very premium, genuine leather is super soft and comfortable, stitching is excellent and the memory foam seat is comfortable for long viewing sessions or a nap if you need one. Storage in the armrests is really good, you can store quite a bit in them for easy access.
Luxury Theater Seating That Looks Expensive and Feels Amazing
These theater chairs exceeded my expectations. They look incredibly high-end and expensive in person, but are also very comfortable and well made. The reclining feature goes way back and makes movie nights feel like a real theater experience. I was also impressed with the lighting — it adds a really nice upscale touch without being overdone. The trays are sturdy, practical, and surprisingly useful for drinks and snacks. Everything feels solid and thoughtfully designed. Shipping and transit were smooth with no damage or issues, which was a huge relief for furniture this size.
Beautiful set, Amazing comfort
I wanted my first furniture set in years to be nice so I bought these thinking I'd spoil my family a bit. They shipped in several boxes but were very easy to assemble. Just took sliding the top halves onto the bottoms and clipping together the wires. After that, just plug them in and you're ready! Took less than 30 minutes from arrival to set all 4 of them up, and half of that was just removing the packaging! These chairs are quite comfortable. Plush but supportive. I love the adjustable headrest. It makes a world of difference in comfort when you have neck issues like me.
