Very nicely built recliners
We bought 2 single recliners and they are beautiful and well built. They are stiff but need them that way to allow less “flattening” later on. They sit higher than our old ones but it’s a plus since my hubs had trouble getting out of the old one. It includes several different colors of lights for cup holders and underneath the foot. The headrests are adjustable. The delivery was a few minutes late but they called to let us know. They use Roadrunner co. They were very helpful and dropped the box off at the doorstep. One of the charger cords did not work so I called for a replacement.
Perfect chair
I love them a little bigger than I thought but very nice. Love all the power settings, lights, has a memory setting. Delivery was fast and to the door. Ordered 2 and now ordered the three piece coach. They do not come put together but not difficult.
Zero gravity chair
Very, very comfortable I have taken a few naps already works great easy to put together well packaged. Mine arrived in one package on a crate but if you’re ready for that, it’s not a problem I expect this to last for years. I went with light brown. It looks fantastic very pleased. Very very pleased.

Box was delivered on a crate so it couldn’t be delivered to front door, better safe than sorry. Packaged very well. Installation of back was easy. I tried out the recliner and it is very comfortable, head rest adjust too. Overall very pleased. Looking forward to some very powerful zzz’s.
Very comfortable chairs and fantastic customer service
I purchased the 2 Loveseat option, not understanding that the two sides sit next to each other but are not physically connected. However, this is not an issue due to the weight of the chairs. As to the chairs themselves, I would rate 8 stars (out of 5). They are incredibly comfortable - best chair I have ever sat in. I talked with them several times regarding shipping, if possible to connect the loveseat together, and about the foot pads. I wish other companies had staff that were half as helpful. Fantastic to work with!!
I purchased six Diamante chairs for my home theater. Shipping was on time and the chairs arrived in good condition. The Diamante chairs are beautiful and I love the comfort of the power recline, footrest and head rest. All of my chairs included a seat shakers, trays and cupholders. Also, I ordered two seat shaker amps and I can't wait to feel the movies. Also, I love the smell of the leather.
