Nice chair
This chair is very comfortable and feels very sturdy. It was fairly easy to put together, although I knocked off a star because there was no directions so putting the plugs together was a little annoying.
Excellent customer service and excellent quality
I saved money for several months for this chair and was really looking forward to a good experience. I can only say that everything that I expected was for exceeded from the company. I did have a small issue with the remote and they immediately contacted me and immediately remedied the problem sending me a brand new remote without any questions or concerns they’re very tentative to whatever needs I had and really did an excellent job. I am super super pleased with the chair and with the customer service.
Really comfortable chair
Really comfortable chair. The wide seat makes a big difference and doesn’t feel tight at all. Heat and massage help my back, and the lift makes standing up much easier. Wireless charging is very handy.
