Key Features

• Each Piece Is Truly Unique: Each of the 2 pie pans is finished by hand with our signature STERN Blue reactive glaze, a kiln-fired technique prized for its rich, unpredictable color flow. No two pie plates come out exactly alike: subtle variations in tone and pattern are the mark of a genuine reactive glaze, making every piece uniquely yours
• 9-Inch Inner Diameter Fits Standard Pie Crusts: With a 9-inch inner diameter, 1.9-inch depth, and generous 42 oz capacity, both pie plates are sized to match the standard 9-inch pie crusts sold in stores - no trimming, no guesswork. Deep enough for quiche, chicken pot pie, and piled-high apple pies, it goes from freezer to oven to table
• Deep 42 oz Capacity for Real Baking: A full 1.9 inches deep, each 42 oz deep dish pie pan holds generous fillings without spilling over - 84 oz total across the 2 pans. Ideal for chicken pot pie, quiche, apple pie, and casseroles. The classic round shape and fluted ruffled edge give every bake a clean, homemade finish
• High-Grade Ceramic, Oven Safe to 482°F (250°C): Crafted from premium ceramic clay with exceptional density and low water absorption, these large pie pans resists fading, discoloration, and cracking - keeping its finish through years of baking. Finished with a food-safe, cadmium- and lead-free glaze: safe for everyday family use
• Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher Safe - A Gift That Lasts: Bake, reheat, and clean without worry: both ceramic pie dishes are oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe, with a smooth scratch-resistant surface that won't absorb odors or stains. Stackable design frees up cabinet space. A thoughtful housewarming, wedding, or holiday gift, each pan carries the deep Blue reactive glaze that complements most dinnerware
