A Beautiful Addition
The chairs arrived via UPS Freight a couple of weeks early which was great. My only wish is that there was a separate control for the LED lighting so that you could have the option to leave the cup holders on while the floor lights are off. The seating is very comfortable and we especially love the motorized headrests.
Putting the Seating in Home Theater Seating
My brief bit of nerves wasn't just vanquished with the confirmation email, but the confirmation PHONE CALL. This has been a zero-regrets order and has already provided weeks of theater fun and comfort. We went with the Row of 4 Loveseat Center model. The delivery is " to the front door" unless you have some extra hootch on hand. In that case, the boxes may travel a little bit further. The hardest part of the setup was getting rid of the boxes. The chairs arrive in two pieces, the bottom and the back.

Shipping Concerns: The four seats arrived on two pallets, four boxes total. One strap was broken, the boxes toppled, and cardboard was torn on some of the boxes. The driver righted the fallen boxes but placed one upside down. This was worrisome but there ended up being no damage once removed from the boxes. The thick polystyrene and cardboard protected the seats well. Assembly: Backs slip onto base without clasps, so they can lift off if pulled. I recommend avoiding moving the seats by the backrest. There are two cables to connect per seat, which was simple.

Love the chairs, had issues, but customer service is being proactive
We bought 5 of these for our theater room 4 years ago. Don't use them much. In the last few months we have had to replace the controllers in 3 of them... You must supply their customer support with a lot of information that involves flipping the chair. IF you purchase these: 1. Before installing remove the Velcro underside, remove controller and record the serial number of each controller. Make sure that the cup light is off when you leave the room!!! These drain the life of the controllers. Fortunately, this began to occur as we are considering reclining chairs for our family room.
Outstanding Chairs. Simple Delivery and Setup
These chairs are great. The leather fells really high quality and they are very plush and comfortable. I'm 230lbs and I have tons of room and the power recline is fast and smooth. They arrived in two large boxes that weighed about 100lbs each. I was able to get them both up my driveway and through the front door by myself by just flipping them end over end, so if you're home alone when they arrive it's not too bad to deal with them. I had both chairs unpacked and set up in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.
